My Path
Capturing moments in time, nature's beauty, and precious memories has always been a passion of mine. Our memories can fade but a quality photo can reignite that memory's detail. Ever since high school I have always been the guy with the camera. My grandmother and my great grandfather were both avid photographers. Seeing my grandmother's photos inspired me to pick up the camera and capture my own life. Photos are more than a picture for me, they are a portal to the past. Reminiscing over old photos takes me back to the past to adventures complete and times that can never be recovered.
Born and raised in Nashville. I moved to Bradenton during my senior year of high school. I enlisted in the Air Force when I was 21. The Air Force Stationed me in Denver, where I met my wife and started my family. When I left the defense industry we moved back to Florida. We are happy to now call Sarasota our home.
Living in Florida provides a unique opportunity to enjoy the outdoors year-round. Florida is teaming with life, history, and culture. Whether it is going to beaches, nature preserves, art museums, seafood festivals, coastal beach towns, or walking around downtown; there is never a shortage of places to go outside or photos to take. I love this nation. I love this state. I love being outdoors.
